To do Laser Cut and Group Assignment
SIL laser or CO2 laser cutter of Model No.1325 -1318 which having a bed sizeof length and breadth of [900*600mm] and it can cut material up to 12mm. On this laser cutter machine we can do cutting, engraving and Scanning. We can adjust the speed and power of the machine as required.
This machine requires the (.rld) file
If we make a design we have to make a (.dxf file ) which we open it in RD works that convert the file or design to (.rld) which is accepted by machine.
This following file can be accepted by machine
[.plt, .cdr, .al, .dwg, .dst, .dxf, .bmp, .jpeg, .tiff, .gif, .pcx, .rld] etc
To do Design and Test the kerf of Card board sheet, M.D.F. sheet, Acrylic sheet.
On the RD work software made a design as required to do the test of MDF sheet
Use the colour code so that it will be easier for the machine to do scanning and cutting
Give the speed and power as required
Adjust the bed level by the help of disc to maintain the distance between the material and the laser.
First press [FILE BUTTON] -> then select the file with help of [NAVIGATION BUTTON].
Press the [ENTER BUTTON]
Press the [ORIGIN BUTTON]
Press the [FRAME BUTTON] to know the frame size of the design
Press the [START BUTTON] to start the laser
With the help of the vernier caliper we checked the size of the design to know the kerf made by the machine.
